Specialty: Debra is a Family Systems Specialist working with young children, youth, adolescents, and adults. As a versatile therapist, Debra is able to utilize various modalities to help each client accomplish their goals.  Debra provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy.  Debra also offers art therapy, play therapy, and social groups for those interested in building an array of skills. In addition, Debra is finding great success in the utilization of the IFS (Internal Family Systems) model.

Debra's personal perspectives as mother, wife, and colleague offer additional dimensions to her clinical role as psychotherapist.  Debra's love of children has brought her to several small schools throughout the North Shore of Boston where she is able to customize counseling services for each individual institution, offering programs and various services specific to the school's needs and goals.

Debra holds the theory that self-esteem is the greatest strength and tool any individual has available to them. Self-concept, esteem, confidence and overall self-wellness are at the core of where Debra begins her work. Self-awareness happens as a result of taking the opportunity to examine all aspects of your being and to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and a life style of balance and harmony.

At one time Debra was a Certified Adjustment Counselor with the Department Of Education, having a great deal of experience as a School Social Worker for All Grade Levels.
